National Model state/provincial member agencies should periodically check this download section of the website. National Model software updates and defect fixes are posted frequently and may solve some of the problems that you may be experiencing.

To get to National Model downloads you will have to go to the Login page and supply an Agency Entity Key and a Serial Number.  You can get this information from your Agency's  Implementation Coordinator if you don't already have it.

Once you have logged in, you will see three sections of downloads available to you. Anonymous Downloads, Common Downloads, and your State/Province Specific Downloads. The Anonymous Downloads section contains non-software specific downloads. The Common Downloads section contains the baseline software versions along with patch and documentation files. The State Specific Downloads section contains files that are specific to your state's TraCS implementation including TraCS Packs for your state.
