TraCS (Traffic and Criminal Software) is a sophisticated data collection and reporting tool for the public safety community. TraCS Web is a fully browser based version of TraCS and has the same look and feel as TraCS.  No preloaded client software is needed on the computer running TraCS Web except for Microsoft Windows XP SP3 or above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or above, and the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework.  TraCS Web functionality is similar to TraCS and includes on-demand downloadable applets to interface with peripherals connected to the computer such as barcode imagers and signature tablets.
